CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations, no-shows, and last-minute reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. If you choose to change to a shorter service time at your appointment, you'll still be charged for the original booking since that full time was set aside just for you. Thank you for understanding. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. You may be required to reschedule. Please text/call if you think you will be running late so I can let you know if I can still take your appointment. Thank you for understanding that my studio operates by appointment only.
